About the Role

This position directs the development and implementation of a hospital (enterprise)-wide patient education program, serves as the patient education resource manager, and contributes to staff development of patient learning. Supervisory responsibilities are included.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of a comprehensive, hospital-wide patient education program.
• Act as the primary resource manager for patient education initiatives.
• Contribute to staff development related to patient learning.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Schedule

Primarily 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

Pay

$71,323 – $131,685 per year.
