Responsibilities
Help patients as their personal banker prior to, during, and after their CarolinaEast Health System visits.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
- Must be able to understand and use a computer and handle various tasks simultaneously, including managing interruptions such as a ringing telephone while assisting a patient in person.
- Familiar with all office machines.
