Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and maintain strong professional relationships with patients via telephone
- Receive, originate, and schedule appointments for Consultations and Treatments in each of our Offices
- Convert phone inquiries into in-office Consultations
- Collect customers' feedback from on/off-line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly
- Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel
- Maintain customers' feedback/inquiries from on/off-line channels and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve problems
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as required
Job Requirements
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Willing to learn/work under pressure
- Have a pleasant, cheerful phone voice
- Speak clearly and be well-spoken
- Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Bilingual (Mandarin, Korean, Spanish) is preferred but not required
