About the Role

Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists is seeking a full‑time Patient Concierge in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will be the welcoming face and trusted voice that guides patients through an important part of their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone.
• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a reassuring experience.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a busy healthcare environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Service‑oriented mindset (strongly preferred).
