Patient Care Technician -Medical/Surgical

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to support patients' comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Support nurses with clinical procedures and other patient care activities within your scope of practice.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Promote patient safety by following infection prevention, quality, and safety standards.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families while creating a positive care experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of RN/Education lead training within 6 months of hire.
