About the Role
The Patient Care Technician supports inpatient nursing staff by assisting with patient care, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Taking vital signs
- Performing EKGs
- Collecting specimens
- Supporting procedures
- Supporting clinical documentation using basic computer skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years healthcare experience in roles such as Nursing Assistant, PCT, EMT, Medical Technician, Phlebotomist, or LPN
- Less experience accepted with recent certification and at least 1 year of related experience
- BLS certification is required
- Epic EMR experience is preferred

Schedule
