for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.

By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer... (EEO boilerplate) - we need to remove EEO boilerplate.
We also need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Now we need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role (maybe Position Purpose + some overview). Could be "About the role" heading.
- Responsibilities (What You Will Do) includes tasks.
- Requirements (Required Education / Licensure) includes education, experience, etc.
- Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine.
- Skills maybe not explicitly listed; but we could infer from responsibilities? Better not to create thin sections. Only include sections with real specific content.
- Benefits: we have Total Rewards And Benefits details.
- Pay: we have "Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY". That's specific enough? It mentions competitive compensation and daily pay. That is pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive compensation and DAILY PAY. So we can include Pay section.
- Schedule: we have Shifts Available: 6:30 am-3:00pm; 2:30pm-11:00pm, 10:30pm-7:00am Status Available: Full-time, Part-time Every Other Weekend and Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to not repeat job title as heading.
We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present).
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use for section headings.
Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide what to list as lists.
Responsibilities: list of duties: Bathing, showering, toileting, positioning, turning, transferring, ambulation using assistive devices and with feeding and menu selection. Collects and send specimens including blood and blood cultures and inserts and removes peripheral IV catheters. Record patient information and required data in appropriate areas to meet documentation requirements. Pulmonary disease, renal disease, DM, Chemical dependency, and multi-system organ diseases in a progressive care setting. Also training is provided (maybe prose). We'll make a list.
Requirements: list: High school diploma or GED; Minimum of one year of previous direct care experience (acute or long term) or successful completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course; Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.
Benefits: list: Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY; Benefits effective Day One! No waiting periods; Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability; Trinity Health offers comprehensive medical plan options administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan (BCBSM). Each plan option offers the flexibility to choose from two tiers with Tier 1 Trinity Health network providers providing the lowest out of pocket costs and Tier 2 select BCBSM providers; Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions; Opportunity for growth and advancement throughout SJMHS and Trinity Health; Tuition Reimbursement.
But some of these are sentences; we can still list them as
- . Might be okay.
Pay: we have Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY. Could be a short
.
Schedule: list shifts: 6:30 am-3:00pm; 2:30pm-11:00pm; 10:30pm-7:00am. Also status: Full-time, Part-time; Every Other Weekend and Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members.
We could put schedule as list.
Now About the role: we have Position Purpose paragraph. Could be prose.
We need to avoid duplication: The "Total Rewards And Benefits" includes Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY which also appears in Pay section; we might duplicate. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could keep both but maybe combine? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits into Benefits section? But Pay is separate heading allowed if content exists. However we have compensation info also in Benefits. Might be okay to have both but risk duplication. Perhaps better to have Benefits section include compensation details, and not create separate Pay section. But the instruction says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive compensation and DAILY PAY, so we could create Pay section. However we also have benefits details. If we create both, we might duplicate compensation info. To avoid duplication, we could put compensation details only in Pay section, and benefits details only in Benefits section (excluding compensation). But the benefits paragraph includes "Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY" at start. We could split: Pay section gets "Competitive compensation, DAILY PAY." Benefits section gets the rest: "Benefits effective Day One! No waiting periods. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability. Trinity Health offers comprehensive medical plan options administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan (BCBSM). Each plan option offers the flexibility to choose from two tiers with Tier 1 Trinity Health network providers providing the lowest out of pocket costs and Tier 2 select BCBSM providers. Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions Opportunity for growth and advancement throughout SJMHS and Trinity Health Tuition Reimbursement Click Here to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities available to you at Trinity Health Michigan."
We need to remove the "Click Here" link? It's application instruction? It's a link to learn more about benefits; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly applying but it's a link. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a call to action for benefits. Might be okay to keep but it's a link; we can't include actual link markup? We could keep as plain text "Click Here to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities available to you at Trinity Health Michigan." It's not a real URL; it's just phrase. Might be okay.
We also need to remove duplicated lines. Not seeing duplicates.
Now we need to produce HTML.

We need to ensure we use proper hyphens? Use regular hyphen.
Now check for any missing info: Department, Location, Employment Type, Job Titles, Shift Description: Other. Should we include those? They are substantive metadata. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph at top for metadata like Employment Type, Department, Location, Job Titles. Not as heading. Could be a
