Lee's Summit Medical Center is an 80+ bed full-service hospital serving Lee’s Summit and surrounding areas. Our services are supported by more than 300 physicians representing more than 40 specialties. We have more than 500 highly trained colleagues and 60 volunteers. Our services and specialties include cardiology, cancer care, endoscopy, emergency services, imaging, neurology, pain management, and pulmonology. We offer physical therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, sports medicine, respiratory care, women’s care, and an array of surgical services. We have a dually-accredited Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center. Our hospital is affiliated with HCA Healthcare Midwest Health.
Schedule
- Seasonal position from November 9, 2026 through February 27, 2027
- Available units: Emergency Room (ER), ICU, CVICU, Cardiac Specialty, Med Surg, Ortho & Spine Specialty, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Neuro Trauma (minimum one year direct experience with patient population required for Neuro Trauma)
- Minimum 72 hours per pay period (0.9 FTE) during the seasonal period
- Two weekend shifts required per 4-week period (if applicable)
- One holiday shift required during the 16-week period as defined by Department Manager
