Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide basic nursing care to meet physical, emotional and social needs
• Serve as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCTs
• Cross‑train to Unit Associate
• Assist with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Obtain CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire or transfer into role

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program, Florida‑issued CNA license, or completion of first semester of a Registered Nurse program

Pay

Up to $6,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
