Patient Care Tech III

Responsibilities

• Aids with movement and placement of patients.
• Affords assistance to patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Documents necessary records.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms.
• Maintains medical equipment.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Credential(s): Required - BLS Provider.
• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required - Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
