About the role

As a Nursing Assistant, your role extends beyond support, allowing you to utilize your specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care, and assist RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Avoids patient falls and injuries by providing assistance with daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepares and transports patients and communicates patient concerns to nurses.
• Builds meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Celebrates victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
