About the role

As a Patient Care Tech, your role extends beyond support, allowing you to utilize your specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care, and assist RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Avoids patient falls and injuries by providing assistance and monitoring patients as needed.
• Prepares and transports patients and communicates patient concerns to nurses.
• Builds meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Celebrates victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
