Patient Care Staffing Specialist - Per Diem

Position Summary

Captures activities to ensure appropriate staffing for patient care areas, including scheduling, processing vacation and holiday time, handling sick calls, canceling per-diem staff, and floating staff.

Maintains data and records and statistical reporting in the staffing effort.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Post high school vocational/specialized training
• Three years related experience preferably within a medical and/or research environment
• Maintain effective and diplomatic working relationships with staff and public
