The Quick Facts

• Role: Customer Care Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)
• Hours: 20–30 hours/week, part-time — with a real path to full-time and added marketing responsibilities
• Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on experience
• Location: FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Lawrenceville Sugarloaf

Responsibilities

• You will set the tone for every patient’s experience - from the first phone call to the moment they walk back out the door.
• You will own patient records and scheduling inside our state-of-the-art physical therapy EMR.
• You will coordinate benefits verification with our billing partner and translate the results into plain, reassuring language.
• You will check in with patients between sessions, especially those navigating emotional or motivational hurdles.
• You will champion the clinic in every conversation with referrers, prospective patients, and the community.
• You will orchestrate the daily schedule with care, balancing patient needs and therapist capacity.
• You will handle post-session payments and patient financials with accuracy, discretion, and warmth.
• You will lead wellness check-ins with a compassionate, human-first approach.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
