Sentara APS Sentara Obstetrics, Gynecology & Midwifery Specialists Edenton is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Specialist in Edenton, NC!

Work Shift

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, dayshift.

Primary Duties

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer patient questions

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma (Required)
  • Associate Level degree or higher in lieu of the required experience will be considered
  • 3 years Customer Service experience (Required)
  • 1 year experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third Party Payers (Required)
