About the role
Sentara Urgent Care Port Potomac is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Specialist in Woodbridge, VA!
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 7:00PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Work Shift
This position requires a flexible schedule, with rotating shifts based on operational needs.
Primary duties
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Answer patient questions
Qualifications
- HS Diploma (Required)
- Associate Level degree or higher in lieu of the required experience will be considered
- 3 years Customer Service experience (Required)
- 1 year experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third Party Payers (Required)
