This position assists in the daily monitoring of residents; working closely with education, clinical, and other milieu staff.

Who are the customers?

Our facility is a secure facility which serves the needs of adolescent males age 13-17 with a history of violence and aggression.

Minimum Qualification

• A High School Diploma
• One (1) year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties of the classification

Employment Requirements

• Completion of the hiring process is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening process
• This position is designated as safety sensitive

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an adolescent treatment center, with exposure to mentally and/or behaviorally challenged residents, who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors
• Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT), extensive computer and phone usage
• Sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required
