Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit.
- Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
- Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management.
- Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care.
- Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations.
- Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience.

Pay
Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour.
Schedule
Monday- 7:30am-5:15pm
Tuesday- 7:30am-5:15pm
Wednesday- 7:30am-5:15pm
Thursday- 7:30am-5:15pm
Friday- working e/o 7:45am-12:00pm
