Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
  • Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits.
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management.
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records.
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations.
  • Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience.

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred.

Pay

$24.00-$27.15 per hour

Schedule

Monday: 6:30am-2:15pm
Tuesday: 1:30pm-8:15pm
Wednesday: 6:30am-4:15pm w/ hour lunch
Thursday: OFF
Friday: OFF
Saturday: N/A
