About the role

We're looking for a Care Coordinator who is passionate about helping families, thrives on organization and problem-solving, and wants to play an active role in the growth and success of a thriving pediatric therapy practice.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up therapy schedules to ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care.
  • Proactively identify and fill cancellations, openings, and scheduling gaps.
  • Help families navigate intake, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care with confidence and compassion.
  • Monitor scheduling trends and therapist availability to maximize access to care.
  • Support therapist productivity by helping maintain healthy and efficient schedules.
  • Partner with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with families while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that help strengthen and grow the practice.

Requirements

  • Average of 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, patient coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Experience in pediatrics or outpatient healthcare is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology, EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
  • Ability to pass a TB test and FBI background check.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
