About the role

This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice.

Reports to the Practice Manager. Department: Business Office. Exemption: Non‑exempt.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with patients on the phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting patients
• Patient check in and out
• A variety of front desk administrative duties

Requirements

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience.
