About the role
Provide compassionate care to hospice patients and their families. Assist with daily activities and manage medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient’s daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to healthcare team
- Coordinate with family members to ensure patient comfort and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hospice care practices and regulations
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
