Park Dental Coon Rapids is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply. Wage range $24.00-$27.15 per hour Responsibilities Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visitCoordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communicationAnswer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefitsVerify insurance coverage and assist with patient account managementAccurately enter and maintain patient information and recordsCollaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient careUtilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operationsAssist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience Skills & Qualifications Warm, friendly, and professional with a passion for helping othersAbility to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong multitasking and schedule coordination abilitiesPositive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer serviceComfort learning and utilizing new technology and software systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general data entry skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting patients and teammatesDental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred Expected Schedule Monday 130 PM - 815 PM Tuesday 630 AM - 215 PM Wednesday 630 AM - 215 PM Thursday 630 AM - 215 PM Friday hours may be available based on practice needs.
