About the role

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, performing routine dental procedures, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and perform dental procedures under the supervision of a dentist.
• Assist in oral surgery procedures as directed by a dentist.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current license to practice as a dental hygienist in the state.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
