Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere and greet each patient with warmth.
• Guiding: Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, including insurance verification; schedule appointments; and provide information about services and payment options, ensuring a smooth visit.
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing our practice and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
• Assist patients with financial arrangements for treatment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Pay

$20–$24 per hour
