Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator role at Shady Grove Fertility in Central Park, Colorado is a full-time position available immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Compensation is $22 to $24 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Work independently to achieve program goals
• Support and promote excellence in customer service

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
