Job Duties
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Processing and updating pharmacy orders
- Responding to order inquiries and patient-related issues
- Maintaining patient census
- Contacting patients about medication and order status
- Gathering and correcting patient clinical data
- Supporting physicians, nurses, and patients
Requirements
- A High School Diploma and at least 1 year of either Pharmacy Technician or Call Center Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Leadership experience is a plus
