Requirements
- New York State registration as a Registered Professional Nurse required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required within five (5) years of hire
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire
- Essential Weight Requirement - Medium (up to 50 lbs)
- Bi-Weekly standard hours: 75.00 FTE: 1.000000 Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes On Call Required: No With Rotation
Qualifications
- 2 years of acute care Nursing Experience required
- 2 years of experience in case management, home care, or utilization review preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook required
- Knowledge of Interquel Criteria set and software systems preferred
- Working knowledge of computer applications related to health care industry required
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

$45.08 - $57.69 Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
