Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related roles
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
