Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our retail clinics, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping more people hear better.
• Support the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative and operational functions, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
• Welcome all patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls (approximately 50‑75 per day).
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Perform PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients.
• Order and receive office supplies.
• Process payments.
• Manage hearing aid supplies inventory.
• Maintain office cleanliness.
• Uphold and maintain all HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare‑related role.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay

$17‑21/hr + monthly bonus opportunity
