- Schedule Management: Coordinate patient appointments to ensure optimal clinical productivity and smooth office flow while maintaining full, efficient daily schedules.
- Outreach & Patient Retention: Manage treatment follow-ups, conduct outbound calls to re-engage unscheduled treatment plans, and handle appointment confirmations to maintain patient continuity of care.
- Front Office Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures, process co-payments and account balances, update patient records, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Team Collaboration: Active participation in morning huddles with clinical and admin teams to review daily goals, identify schedule opportunities, and ensure seamless patient hand-offs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience (front desk, treatment planning, or patient coordination) preferred.
