Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role supports pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents on orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families in person and by phone
• Schedule complimentary orthodontic consultations
• Educate parents on orthodontic care
• Follow up with patients and help coordinate appointments
• Support a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience and success in customer service
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on experience)
