About the role
Develop and maintain contact with key hospital, skilled nursing, and assisted living facility discharge planning services and/or management to provide ongoing updates on the company's services available in a market. Primarily conduct facility visits at physicians' requests to assist the program clinical team in determining eligibility. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with program staff and other field sales resources via weekly meetings. Actively participate in weekly program business development meetings. Assist the program in processing physician orders as directed. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.

- Actively participate in weekly program business development meetings.
- Assist in processing physician orders as directed.
Requirements
- RN/LPN/LVN license is required.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of governmental regulations, Medicare eligibility requirements, and comprehensive understanding of potential care plan needs for patients.
- Excellent customer service, account development, organization, time management, problem-solving, communication, and selling skills.
- Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
- This role is patient-facing and part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; TB screening is required if selected.
Pay
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will depend on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$59,300 - $80,900 per year
