About the role

Cedar Recovery, LLC is an ASAM Level I outpatient treatment facility that employs an array of evidenced-based treatment modalities to provide an integrated model of care—medical, counseling, and therapeutic interventions—to treat every patient’s individual needs and promote long-term sustainable recovery from substance use disorder. While Cedar Recovery provides care for all substance use disorders, it has a primary focus on treating opioid use disorder with medications such as Buprenorphine and/or Naltrexone (MAT).

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and assist with check-in
  • Answer phones and perform new patient intakes
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Execute and oversee coordination of care documents on behalf of patients
  • Send and track Prior Authorizations, including maintaining a tracking spreadsheet
  • Maintain proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing, and canceling appointments
  • Act as support for the Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant
  • Report to the Office Coordinator

    • Apply creative thinking to develop new solutions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Medical terminology experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Computer skills: 2 years (preferred)

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Pay

$19.50–$22.00 per hour
