About the role
Cedar Recovery, LLC is an ASAM Level I outpatient treatment facility that employs an array of evidenced-based treatment modalities to provide an integrated model of care—medical, counseling, and therapeutic interventions—to treat every patient’s individual needs and promote long-term sustainable recovery from substance use disorder. While Cedar Recovery provides care for all substance use disorders, it has a primary focus on treating opioid use disorder with medications such as Buprenorphine and/or Naltrexone (MAT).
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist with check-in
- Answer phones and perform new patient intakes
- Schedule new patient appointments
- Execute and oversee coordination of care documents on behalf of patients
- Send and track Prior Authorizations, including maintaining a tracking spreadsheet
- Maintain proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing, and canceling appointments
- Act as support for the Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant
- Report to the Office Coordinator

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical terminology experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 2 years (preferred)
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Pay
$19.50–$22.00 per hour
