Responsibilities
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll help guide patients through their entire experience with our practice — from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their treatment. Your day will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience
- Answering phones and helping patients with questions
- Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
- Communicating with patients throughout their treatment
- Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Helping patients understand payment options and
