Responsibilities
- Communicates with patients via phone to establish rapport, ensure clinical compliance, and coordinate the next shipment of medication.
- Works with the order management and fulfillment team to address compliance and patient concerns.
- Accepts direction from pharmacists and leadership regarding specialty call compliance programs.
- Handles additional projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a specialty pharmacy call center environment.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Schedule
This position may require varied and rotating full-time schedules between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, as determined by the Manager.
