Patient Care Assistant in Surgical Services, supporting patient care under the supervision of registered nurses at designated hospital campuses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with delegated tasks for direct and indirect patient care
- Perform activities within legal scope for unlicensed personnel
- Support nursing practices
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Proficient in English
- Completion of 12 college credits or a high school diploma/GED plus nursing assistant training
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable care situations is essential
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross required, or provided during orientation; must maintain current certification

Pay
Compensation ranges from $21.96 to $29.02/hour based on union contract.
Schedule
