Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Pennsylvania nursing assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certification
- Completion of nursing assistant course or clinical medical assistant program
- Completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN program)
- Current experience as nursing assistant
- Certified Healthcare Provider (CPR) within 6 months of hire
- Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 18 months of start date in department/position
- Able to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Able to meet physical requirements of position
