Patient Ambassador

About the role

As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others. This is a part-time position with any shift/open availability. Pay range is $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. No previous work experience required.
