Patient Ambassador

Location: Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Full-time position.

Pay

$14.00 – $15.71 per hour.

Schedule

Mornings with varying days and rotating weekends; additional details provided during the interview process.

About the role

As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
• Receive and process phone orders
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
