Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate on a part-time basis in Retail Bonita Springs, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Support patients through their healthcare journey
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Provide guidance on insurance coverage and billing issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
