Patient Advocate (Part-Time)

About the role

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate on a part-time basis in Retail Tarpon Springs, Florida. The Patient Advocate will work closely with patients to ensure their needs are met and advocate for their best interests.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient advocacy services to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team
• Assist patients with insurance claims and billing issues
• Monitor and report on patient care quality and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or patient advocacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
