One Revenue Cycle (ORC) represents Providence employees who work across Providence Health & Services (PH&S) in revenue cycle systems and structures, supporting ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and healthcare registration support within the revenue cycle.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service or healthcare registration experience.

Qualifications

  • Preferred:
    • Some college-level coursework in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant training.
    • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) upon hire.
    • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire.
    • Registrar and third-party payor experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.97 - $26.92 per hour. These amounts reflect the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Per-Diem, variable shift.
