Patient Access Specialist

Summary

Performs registration and pre-registration functions for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients to ensure the integrity of financial data, customer satisfaction, and support quality patient care. Collects monies due, verifies insurance, and performs financial screening to support positive collections and optimal reimbursement. Enhances the hospital's public image by directly contributing to increasing patient satisfaction.
