We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Salary Range $16.91 - $24.64. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Benefits not mentioned explicitly; there is mention of Career Ladder, but not benefits like health insurance. Might not include Benefits unless explicit. We'll include sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Ideal Candidate and Credentials and Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe separate), Skills (maybe list skills). However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's parse content. Posting text: - Intro about Moffitt mission. - Summary: description of role. - Position Highlights: bullet-like sentences. - Responsibilities: list bullet points. - The Ideal Candidate will have: list bullet points. - Credentials and Qualifications: list bullet points. - Salary Range. - Then EEO etc (remove). - Reasonable Accommodation (remove? It's legal boilerplate; likely remove). - Transparency in Coverage Rule (remove). We need to remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none explicit). Remove "Moffitt Career Site" maybe not needed. We need to preserve all substantive info: mission statement, description, responsibilities, ideal candidate traits, credentials, salary range. We need to format with

headings. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe include mission summary and position highlights) - Responsibilities - Requirements (maybe combine Ideal Candidate and Credentials and Qualifications? But we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct.) But guidelines: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Ideal Candidate and Credentials into "Requirements and Qualifications". Or have "Requirements" (ideal candidate) and "Qualifications" (credentials). That's two sections. Skills: we could extract skills from Ideal Candidate: upbeat, approachable, compassionate, accuracy, critical thinking, flexibility, strong computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, sensitivity, compassion, experience 1+ years, etc. Could be a Skills section. But we might avoid too many sections. Let's decide: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including ideal candidate traits and credentials), Pay. We could also include a short paragraph about mission as part of About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

But we might be duplicating content. However we need to preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay if it's in original but we should remove duplicated lines. The original had some repeated sentences. We should try to avoid repeating same sentences. Let's extract unique substantive points. Original content: - Mission statement paragraph. - Summary paragraph (first after "Summary"). - Position Highlights bullet-ish sentences. - Responsibilities list. - Ideal Candidate bullet list. - Credentials and Qualifications bullet list. - Salary Range. We need to avoid duplication: The summary and position highlights overlap. We'll combine into About the role. Let's craft About the role paragraph that includes mission, role description, and highlights. Then Responsibilities
    • ...
    Then Requirements
    • ...
combining Ideal Candidate and Credentials and Qualifications. Then Pay

    Salary Range $16.91 - $24.64

We must not include Schedule or Benefits. Now let's extract Ideal Candidate bullet points: - An upbeat, approachable and compassionate approach when working individually with each patient. (This is crucial when face to face with patients). - Accuracy in data entry of patient information in the computer systems. - Critical thinking skills and a solution focus approach. - Flexibility to work in various clinics depending on the daily volumes. - Strong computer skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Experience successfully working in an environment with competing priorities and demands and performance metrics. - Sensitivity and compassion for our patients, who may experience difficulties and challenges as they seek cancer care. - 1 or more years of experience in a hospital, outpatient facility or physician office performing scheduling or registration duties, or performing data processing and/or customer service. Credentials and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - 1 year of customer service experience Note: The Ideal Candidate already includes 1+ years experience; credentials includes 1 year of customer service experience (similar). We'll combine but avoid duplication. Let's list unique items: - Upbeat, approachable, compassionate approach when working individually with each patient (crucial face-to-face). - Accuracy in data entry of patient information in computer systems. - Critical thinking skills and solution-focused approach. - Flexibility to work in various clinics depending on daily volumes. - Strong computer skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Experience working in environment with competing priorities and demands and performance metrics. - Sensitivity and compassion for patients experiencing difficulties/challenges seeking cancer care. - 1+ years experience in hospital, outpatient facility, or physician office performing scheduling/registration duties, or data processing/customer service. - High School Diploma or GED. - 1 year of customer service experience (maybe redundant with above; but we can keep as separate if not duplicate). Actually the experience line already includes customer service; we could keep just one. We'll combine: "1+ years of experience in a hospital, outpatient facility, or physician office performing scheduling or registration duties, or data processing and/or customer service." Now Responsibilities bullet points from the list: - Perform pre-registration or registration of patients for appointments at the Cancer Center. This includes review of insurance data to ensure that each encounter can be billed appropriately. - Communicate with the ordering, referring or attending providers and the patient, referring to scheduling guidelines, to correctly schedule appointment procedures. - Explain required registration elements, including forms, to the patient when required. - Review documented instructions with patients to ensure they are properly prepared for scheduled procedures, tests and/or appointments. - Work collaboratively with team members as needed. - Other job-specific duties as assigned, consistent with level on career ladder. Now About the role paragraph: combine mission, role description, highlights. Let's draft:
