We are seeking a Patient Services Representative Associate to serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing essential logistical support and compassionate customer service. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying demographic and insurance information, assisting with paperwork, explaining costs, collecting payments, resolving claim or registration issues, and scheduling appointments. The role involves using various resources to complete patient registration, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting clinical or administrative tasks as needed. Candidates should have at least 6 months of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work evening shifts, including every other weekend and holidays. Preferred qualifications include revenue cycle or general office experience, and familiarity with Epic systems. Physical demands include walking, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
