PATIENT ACCESS REP

Patient Access Rep - Archbold Mitchell Hospital

Description: Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately. Schedule appointments for patients. Perform patient registration, check-in, and check-out at the front desk. Complete daily office tasks in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, considering their age and level of understanding. Verify insurance.

• Experience/Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must enjoy working with the public.
  • Computer skills necessary.
  • Previous medical experience preferred (for Eligible Employees).
