Education/Training Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or higher degree preferred Experience Minimum one (1) year business office experience preferred in Health Care/Insurance Verification and Collections with computer knowledge and data entry skills.One (1) year of related experience, with knowledge of patient care techniques regarding co-occurring, mentally ill, or chemically dependent patients with understanding of co-occurring disorders, preferred. Licensure/Certification Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required or equivalentCurrent Florida Driver’s License (may be required to drive company van on occasion)Current CPR CertificationMust pass competency exams within 90 days of hire. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
