Patient Access Manager
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Patient Access Manager assists the Director in daily operations of all Patient Access functions and serves as the liaison between the Shared Service Center (SSC) and the facility. Key responsibilities include integrating department services with hospital functions, developing/implementing policies and procedures, assessing and improving department performance, ensuring orientation and continuing education of staff, recommending resources/space needed by the department, participating in outside agency projects, promoting the SSC, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and counseling Patient Access staff members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
- Minimum three years’ experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience.
Schedule
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | On Call Every Other Week
