Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in patient financial services with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor counseling teams.
- Expertise in billing processes, insurance verification, and payment resolution.
- Strong skills in compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and staff training.
